What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is an effective therapy for healing our life issues and helping us achieve our goals in life and sport.
It is based around putting your conscious mind aside for a set time and engaging the subconscious.
The Subconscious is the highly creative and receptive part of your mind which is open to new ideas.
The processes involved with Hypnotherapy are all very natural and many of the experiences associated with Hypnosis are ones that you are already accustom to, such as daydreaming or when you go into auto pilot when driving your car. These are all examples of the trance state and Hypnosis corresponds to the feelings and sensations that come from these everyday experiences.
Your well being is paramount and is always at the heart of the process.
I offer various different types of hypnotherapy solutions for everyone. My most popular sessions are General Hypnosis (helping with phobias, addictions, anxiety etc), Golf/Sport Performance Hypnotherapy (for amateur and professional performers who want to enhance their game/ability) and Past Life Regression (to help break unwanted patterns and behaviours in this life). I also use a combination of other energy healing methods too such as Reiki (I’ll always ask your permission first).
Sessions are normally either 60 or 90 minutes and can be done Face to face (in Edinburgh or Peebles) or online. Different options for session times and arrangements are available on the booking page.
